Mods Just Wanna Have Fun - Vote For Your Favorite Halloween Scene!
So since us moderators aren't participating in the onsite Halloween scene contest, I figured we could have one here strictly for bragging rights lol. And who better to vote for the best than the players? Each person can submit on vote for their favorite scene, and voting will stay open until midnight on Halloween.

Great job, guys! These are all great, however I like Bindi's scene the most. :)

DeleteIt's only been a couple of days, yet this blog has grown so much. It's fantastic.
Well you know Com, that's because I can't shut up! Haha. Also, I will be doing "Meet the Mods" submissions for those mods who wish to let people get to know them a bit better.
DeleteFirst up is Islen. Izzy already wrote her piece, I am just waiting a bit to post it since we have a bunch of other stuff I would like people to see too. But it should be coming soon :)
"Meets the Mods" is a good idea - it would be nice to know more about them. :)

No I was going to post them one at a time. If we waited for all of them, it might take too long. I figured if we did it as they were submitted, it would make for interesting reading in between updates, news, and fun stuff we're planning on here.

DeleteNext to "Reply as:" there's a "Select profile..." box with a drop down arrow. If you hit that and scroll down to "Name/URL", you can enter a name and a URL to a webpage.
DeleteI just typed in my Cyska profile URL as everyone else sees it (hopefully), so I'm going to see if this works. :)

DeleteYou can put your own profile link in by replacing the viewprofile2.php part with getprofile1.php?id=(your own profile number without brackets)

Had one of my "DUH" moments. I was thinking that I didn't know any of the Admins with scenes, then I realised that it was the pets names. :))
These are the scenes you can vote for now Lainee. I couldn't get in touch with the last person and I wanted to give people time to vote, so these are the ones who submitted.

Weird, I got an email that said Com had posted, but I don't see it here. Anyhow, it would appear that Damon is in the lead and Samhain is in *dead* (get it? haha) last with 0 votes. Hope to see more voting between tonight and tomorrow. Remember the polls close at midnight on Halloween!

DeleteBut if you're interested, there are always people selling cats pretty cheaply in the Market forum, and Cyska has some cats for sale on her page too.
To "shoot" a scene, go to your Play Page and click on the "Scenes" tab at the top of the page. Click on the drop down that says "Navigate to Scene". Find the scene you want to shoot and click on the icon bar. Click on the button to the far right (enter scene) and you'll get a message that your scene has been entered.

DeleteAlso guys, don't forget to click on the little Trick or Treat icon on the top of the page! It gives you spooky food. I won't tell you what happens when you feed your cat with it, but it's pretty awesome. Make sure you have your computer speakers turned on for full affect!
